WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

For most of our sessions we will be using body weight exercises. Otherwise if you have resistance bands, loop bands, low level dumbbells or kettlebells those work well too. If you don't have those don't worry we can even use some household items in their place.

CAN YOU CREATE DIET/MEAL PLANS FOR ME?

As a personal trainer I am unable to give diet or meal plans since it's out of my scope of practice. I can take a look at your eating habits and give some advice where things could be changed.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

When it comes to my training style I'm a great listener and understand that your goals and wants are top priority. That even though we are training online things can happen during sessions. I'm patient and understanding. If you've had a hard day I will do my best to brighten up your day.
